Hawaii Vacations-NW Style
February 17th, 2007In the airport in Oahu, Charley and I have some tips for winter vacationing in the Hawaiian Islands...
The Big Island of Hawaii is full of great spots to snorkel. Kona is our favorite spot to stay and we find that 10 days to 2 weeks is plenty of time to see what the Big Island has to offer.
Casa de Emdeko is a condominium complex right on the beach. If you cannot find a condo directly facing the ocean, we suggest facing North. With the way the sun comes into the lanais, North is shady and makes the outdoor area more useable duing the day.
I mentioned in an earlier post that Java on the Rock is the best breakfast spot on the island.
